Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time (10-12 business days). Before we ship out your order, we have to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items. The time it takes to prepare your items for shipping is separate from the shipping time. It normally takes 1-2 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends. Shipping Time for most countries is 8 - 10 business days. Shipping time is based on business days, and is estimates only. This do not include delays caused by shipping couriers, busy sale periods, credit card verification processes, customs inspection, public holidays & any other delay outside of our control.

After dispatch, your order will arrive approximately within 8-12 business days. Jewelry orders will arrive within 13-15 business days. Please note weekend days are not business days. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Please note that transit times are measured at the point of dispatch.
Europe and International
After dispatch, your order will arrive within 7-14 business days. Some remote addresses in European countries may be shipped with an International service with estimated 10-18 business days delivery.
When will my order ship?
Generally orders are dispatched the following business day after order is confirmed, however please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch.
How can I track my order?
Once you receive your shipping confirmation email you can track your order by clicking the link in the email, or log in your account and find the related order with tracking link. Also you can simply track your order on our tracking page.
Can I change my order?
If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately. We process orders quickly, and once our warehouse has processed your order we will be unable to make changes. Once orders have been confirmed in our system they are unable to be cancelled.

My parcel is taking longer than the estimated delivery time, what should I do?
At times delays can occur which are outside our control, and which we are not responsible for. If you have a delayed parcel please reach out to the shipping carrier initially with your tracking number as they will have the most up to date information. Following this the customer care team can assist with any unanswered questions.
My package is lost, what should I do?

How do I use a promo code ?
At Checkout enter promotion code in the box with text ‘discount code’ and press Apply. This will minus the store credit amount from your order total, or apply the discount to the order.

Will my shipping be delayed due to the recent health crisis?
Shipping from our warehouse is currently running as normal. The estimated delivery times are in line with current USPS and DHL estimations however on a rare occasion additional delays to these may occur.
